• Those who are duly established in Puerto Rico and operating ordinarily for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days, if they have gone through a relocation process within the United States that has resulted in job loss.
• Have at least one physical facility of operations in Puerto Rico.
• Use the funds for activities and services for newly created job participants and/or incumbent workers who commit to retaining the participant after receiving training services at Puerto Rico facilities.
• Must provide the Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) and State Employer Identification Number (SEIN).
Benefits to be an Employer
• Will have the requirements and benefits to the part of the program.
• Begun the process of Registration to be part of the program.
• See the amount of person that have interest in some occupation per local area.
• Reports
• Development of Trainings Programs to develop the necessary skills to the employers.
• Provide refunds of the Training cost to the Employers.
• The Employers can receive from 50% to 75% of the employer salary or training cost.
